Presenting to an audience that includes technical and non-technical people

"I think a course on presenting to an audience would be a GREAT refresher for EVERYONE. I am in a lot of meetings where people set no context and start talking. Also, share very technical info in a way that is not appropriate or easily digestible for the mixed audience. And our leaders are not exempt from this feedback."
