Accelerating Design Validation with Clients Using Dummy Dashboards instead of static mocks

Receiving accurate feedback from clients can be a challenging task for PMs and UX professionals. To tackle this issue while working on PlatoBI for MBR, we implemented an interesting approach. Instead of creating static mock-ups, we opted to build dashboards using dummy data sets created in Excel. This approach enabled us to rigorously test the solutions we had developed and also showcased the capabilities of QuickSight to clients who had never used it before.
